Payment Options
We believe in freedom of choice. That’s why we offer multiple payment options. What always applies is that you pay only after the optimization is complete, and you are always covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with: OptiOne Automotive Engineering Services LLC, hereinafter referred to as OptiOne, “us” or “we.”
OptiOne’s network of optimization locations consists of individual local partner companies (hereinafter referred to as “partners”) who perform optimizations on customers’ vehicles in the name of OptiOne. See contact information for each local partner under “Contact.”
Prices and Orders
Prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT. Payment is due only upon delivery of the optimized vehicle/product unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Options:
For businesses, only card payment or invoice is available. Our local partners may offer other payment options, so please contact them directly for their payment terms. For product deliveries via mail or package, advance payment via bank transfer is required unless otherwise agreed. Products will only be shipped once the transfer to our account is confirmed.
Cancellation
Orders for optimization through the website are non-binding, and you can cancel or reschedule your order without any additional cost anytime before 16:00 on the workday prior to the scheduled optimization. If you fail to cancel or reschedule by 16:00 on the preceding workday, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 AED for missed services.
Right of Withdrawal and Satisfaction Guarantee
Since the optimization is tailored specifically for your vehicle, it cannot be resold, and therefore it is excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act. However, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee (see next section).
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the optimization result, you can have your vehicle/product restored to its original state within 60 days of optimization and receive a full refund. However, we reserve the right to first adjust the optimization to meet your expectations. If you are still not satisfied after adjustments, the vehicle/product will be restored to its original state, and a full refund will be issued.
Right of Withdrawal for Products
For products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product. To return the product, it must not be used.
Vehicle Storage
OptiOne and our partners strive to store customer vehicles according to the available facilities at each location. Vehicles left overnight are typically stored indoors or behind locked gates. If, for any reason, the vehicle cannot be stored indoors or within a locked area, the customer will be informed and must decide how to handle it.
Pickup and Drop-off Outside Regular Hours
OptiOne and some of our partners offer vehicle pickup and/or drop-off outside regular hours. In these cases, the vehicles cannot usually be stored indoors or within a locked area, and the customer is responsible for the vehicle’s storage/parking. Some partners have key drop-offs, and others manage key handling through an intermediary. The responsibility for the vehicle during these times lies entirely with the customer when it is not in OptiOne or the partner’s care.
Pickup and Delivery Service
If OptiOne or a partner agrees to pick up and/or deliver the vehicle, the customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is fueled, traffic-safe, insured, and legally drivable. The customer is also responsible for the cost of fuel and any wear-and-tear parts. If damage occurs in traffic after the vehicle has been handed over to OptiOne or the partner, the customer’s insurance will cover the cost first. If the insurance does not cover the damage, OptiOne or the partner’s insurance will be contacted. Free pickup and delivery are only available by prior agreement.
Rental Cars, Freight, etc.
Some OptiOne partners offer rental or loaner cars at certain locations. These must be booked separately and are subject to separate terms. If a discounted rental car is offered, the discount applies only to the days the optimization is performed. Additional costs from the rental company may be invoiced separately.
Performance and Savings Figures
The stated performance and fuel consumption figures are sometimes based on tests of several vehicles, sometimes on individual vehicles, or estimated based on OptiOne’s or our partners’ experiences with similar vehicles. OptiOne is not responsible for these figures or for customer feedback regarding performance or consumption results. Performance and savings depend on each vehicle’s condition and specifications, as well as the driver’s ability to adapt their driving style to the vehicle’s new performance characteristics.
Damages
OptiOne or our partners take no legal or financial responsibility for damage to the customer’s property caused directly or indirectly by the services and products installed. OptiOne and the partner are not liable for the condition of the vehicle or the impact of the products and services on other parts of the vehicle. Any damages during installation are outside of OptiOne’s responsibility. During the installation of optimizations, the customer is covered by OptiOne’s and the partner’s insurance for handling electronics and property during test drives. OptiOne is not legally or financially responsible for damages that occur during or after the optimization. The customer’s insurance should be used in case of damages. OptiOne and the partner only handle the software and control unit.
OptiOne and the partner reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by handling the control unit or cables, such as scratches on covers, screws, and modifications to the mounts. OptiOne and the partner are not responsible for control units sent without proper vehicle or customer information or improperly packaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the control unit safely when sending it to OptiOne or the partner. During transport, the shipping company assumes responsibility.
