- 34% less time to plane
- 10% increased top speed
Quick Summary
The Optimization and Testing
Initial performance data was collected together with the customer while the boat was still in stock condition. After that, the engine control unit (ECU) was sent to OptiOne for software readout and tuning.
In collaboration with experienced marine technicians, we determined a suitable performance level based on the boat’s original setup. An increase of 28–30 horsepower was deemed appropriate.
The tuning was completed within a few hours, and the ECU was reinstalled for sea trials. The customer, who had originally planned to sell the boat, was so pleased with the results that they decided to keep it. The results speak for themselves – scroll down to see more.

Customer Feedback
– I was very positively surprised – I honestly didn’t know what to expect before the tests.
– The numbers speak for themselves.
– It feels great — both the power delivery and throttle response are significantly improved.
– I noticed right away on the first throttle push how easily the boat lifted out of the water.
– I’m really excited to test it with a heavier load and more passengers. Previously, it really struggled in those conditions — it was on the edge of what it could handle. Without the trim tabs, it probably wouldn’t have managed at all. I’m now confident it will perform much better, even fully loaded.
– OptiOne handled the job quickly, smoothly, and professionally.
